Lisiy Nos Residence

The house in Lisiy Nos was conceived by the owners as a classic family nest, where you can gather with the whole family, have a gala dinner or just relax in comfortable conditions. The object assumed a complex design of a country residence, including the development of the interiors of a cottage and a guest house, as well as the creation of a landscape garden with recreation areas and small architectural forms. The entire complex was connected by a "smart home" system that allows you to control all engineering systems from one remote control.
The English style of the cottage is reflected in the interior, designed in the spirit of European modern classics - light, bright, moderately front and very comfortable. The decoration of the house is built on a harmonious combination of classic details: furniture, stucco, a fireplace portal, high floor-to-ceiling windows - with elements of modern style: original lanterns over the dining table, comfortable bean bags, family photos.

On an area of ​​350 m2, a comfortable space was arranged for both spending time together and for personal life, as well as a hobby for each family member. "Meeting Place" - a large front room, divided into a living room, dining room and kitchen by a partition with a fireplace. For the rest of the owners, daughter and son, separate "rooms" were created, consisting of a bedroom, a bathroom and a dressing room - or an office with a sports corner in the son's room. And, finally, the favorite pastimes of the inhabitants are dedicated to the library in the hall on the second floor and a large space in the attic, which combines the functions of the father's office, a miniature sewing workshop for mom and a yoga room. And for her daughter, who is fond of photography, a real photo studio was equipped in the guest house, and in the future an exhibition of her works will appear here.
